SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Time
The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect delivery within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Methods
Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service whenever possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

Damaged Shipments
Items damaged during shipment should be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you find concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Refused or Non-deliverable Shipments
All items returned to us by the freight carrier as refused, non-deliverable or any other reason will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products please contact us for information regarding an exchange or full refund.

No returns will be authorized after 15 days from the receipt of shipment. Forms to return any merchandise must be secured from our return department. All returns must include all components in clean, re-sellable condition, their original packaging, and a copy of the Returned Product Form with the Returned Merchandise Authorization Number. For questions about returning merchandise and to acquire an RMA Number and Form contact our Customer Service Department. No packages will be accepted without a Returned Product Form and RMA Number written clearly on the package.

Manufacturers Defects. If you believe a product to have a manufactures defect, contact our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number. Items will be refunded or replaced at our discretion. No packages will be accepted without a Returned Merchandise form and RMA Number written clearly on the package.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.

  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.

  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
     

We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 2 or 3 business days of our receiving your return.

Refused or non-deliverable Shipments. All items returned to us by the freight carrier as refused, non-deliverable or any other reason will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We can refund return shipping costs only if the return is as a result of our error.

Order Cancellation Policy


Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing orders. Orders that are cancelled by the consumer prior to shipment will be issued a full refund within 2 business days of receiving the notice of cancellation.

Orders that are cancelled by the consumer after the product has been shipped will be issued a refund as outlined in our Returned Merchandise Policy. Please see our return policy for more information.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
